The Dover Jaycees is located in Dover, Delaware and gives young adults the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service and international connections. Our organization has been a staple for providing several community and state leaders the tools they need to excel both professionally and personally. Those that inspire to be great leaders, entrepreneurs or people of influence are welcome to be a part of our organization. Although we limit membership to a specific age group allowing us to be the young persons organization for leadership, all community members are invited to participate in our community events and projects.
