The Dover Junior Chamber (Jaycees) is a leadership development through community involvement organization. Our focus is providing young adults (18-41) the tools needed to build the bridges of success which transforms YOU into a leader. The more leaders we create, the more good we can do. The stronger we are, the more we can give back. The better we are as leaders, the better we can run projects that give back more. The happier we are, the more happiness we can spread. What the Jaycees do is focus on areas of opportunities to help ensure our members are getting the value they need.  Those areas focus on the community, individual, management and international skills.  These areas revolve around the membership which not only allows development in the preferred area but it truly enhances overall skills to make you a more rounded professional.
