The Passport to Leadership is a recognition program that tracks a members involvement in the organization. The program is divided into three phases (Involvement, Experience & Leadership). As a member progresses through requirements in each phase they develop key skills that automatically prepare them for enhanced abilities both personally and professionally. The milestones of each phase are identified as degrees and upon becoming a 10th Degree, a member is considered of the most experienced in the world. For new members, they have the opportunity to "Springboard" to a 3rd Degree status during their first 12 months. After that period, they would need to follow the typical requirements for a members advancement.
